Rental apartment with modern look only 50 m from the beach in Obzor

Raya Apartments are located on the main seaside street in Obzor, just 50 m from the beach and the sea. The city park is located just 6/7 minutes walk from the building. The central part of the city, where most of the restaurants and shops are located, is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also paid private parking nearby. The apartments are located on the ground floor of a small holiday building and have easy access with a stroller. From the terraces there is a view of the seaside street, as well as a partial view of the sea. The apartments are luxuriously furnished with fully equipped kitchens, which will give you the opportunity to prepare your favorite food.

Apartment Atea 2 Obzor consists of a luxurious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning; luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; living room with kitchenette, comfortable sofa bed where two more people can sleep. At guests' disposal is a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances / large refrigerator, 2 ceramic hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water jug, washing machineq dishwasher/; dining room with dining table and chairs. Lovely terrace with wrought iron railings overlooking seafront street and partial sea view at one end equipped with table for outside supper. The apartment is suitable for two or four people. A baby cot can also be provided /upon prior request and additional charge/. The apartment is spacious and bright in close proximity to the beach.

The apartment is located in a small building in close proximity to the center of Obzor. There is a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor of the building. A large selection of restaurants and beach bars can be found in the central part of town, which is only 500/600 meters from the apartment. Guests of apartment Atea 2 can use the nearest beach - located right in front of the building - the beach has a paid area with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a free area where you can go with your beach towels. Another beach option is the South Beach of Obzor - just 500 meters from the Raya apartment. Since the apartment is located in the central part of the city, if you are traveling with your own car, you can park in the nearby paid parking - just 3 / 4 minutes walk from the entrance. There is a grocery store 100 meters from the building.
