Looking for a place to spend your summer holiday 

It was close to the beach with the walking distance. It has nice view from the balcony for the sea. It was specious and comfortable. Nice staff let us have proper holiday mood. Everything was as expected.

A very nice location, nice host, guarded and monitored property, a quiet place, anything you need in the kitchen, big and clean rooms.

The location is close to everything, the view from the balcony is beautiful.

It was a really, really satisfying accommodation! The biggest advantage of this property is safety. As you can see in the photo, the building is enclosed, so people other than those staying in the accommodation cannot enter. And there are security guards guarding the accommodation. The host is also very kind. Both check-in and check-out were successful. It is good that the children are full of energy and play in Central Park. The house was so tidy and comfortable. It's like the picture. It was a really satisfying stay in every aspect. I recommend this accommodation to everyone. thank you!

The villa is better than in photos! Very spacious and bright, with an impressive view. A clean yard. A main kitchen very good equipped with dishes and kitchenware, a little one downstairs, at the pool/biliard area. Two fridges. We used air conditioning for heating and it was very efficient, probably is also in the summer. The access road is a country road, but driving with care it wasn't a problem for our normal car (an Opel). The location on airbnb site is not accurate, but waze or ggle maps is. All in all, exceeded the expectations!

We've had a good time at Marina Residence in Kavarna. Loved the sea & cliff view, large terrace and wide windows of this spacious apartment. We also appreciated to find a big bathtub, enough towels and a well equipped kitchen. The host was helpful all the way.

It was a pleasant experience (out of season), a quiet place, fresh air, birds singing in the morning.. Being out of season and the weather still quite cold, we couldn't enjoy the pool, but we would like to come back when weather permitting. The very communicative and hospitable host recommended us a restaurant with specific food, very nice, close to the accommodation. To visit the surroundings (the beach, the bay, Kaliakra, etc.) a car is necessary.

Highly recommend. I will stay with her at my next visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless with a beautiful yard and plenty of space for our puppy to play. The weather was a bit cold to enjoy the pool but we were still able to enjoy the huge back yard and the spacious common areas. Truly recommend this villa and Maya as you next host for your vacation.

Very nice. .I spent 2 days of total relaxation with my family. Clean air, birds chirping. and the very welcoming house with everything you need at your disposal.

Just the perfect place to relax on the beach. A lot of windows and light in the apartment. Incredible sea view, morning sunrise on the sea. Huge sandy beach below. Calm and quiet. The apartment is spacious and fully corresponds to the photos. There was only one negative - ants. But he did not spoil our impression at all. Check-in and check-out went as quickly as possible and without any problems. On foot from the apartment you can walk along the rocks: from above through the vineyards to go to another wonderful shore, and from below it is simply beautiful. Great apartment and owner, I recommend!

The view is incredible! You are literally directly at the beach. The bright living room and the terrace are really inviting. I can 100% recommend.

Everything is perfect. Those who take care of these villas are professionals. The villa has everything it needs, it's extremely well equipped, everything works. The yard is lovely, the pool, the gazebo, the barbecue, the fridge outside for the barbecue. The check-in was very easy, we spoke to the host and he was waiting for us at the set time. We'll definitely be back here this year.

We enjoyed our stay here due to the peaceful surroundings, proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you would need even for a longer stay. Our host, Maya, was very helpful and even though we mistook our checkout date for the next day, we were not rushed in any way to check out. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean. It is pleasant to have three balconies and absolutely gorgeous sea views. We were very responsive. We got lost and couldn't find a place to stay - we went out to meet us and helped us get there. There was no laundry dryer, we called the host's assistant Dmitry, he brought a brand new dryer within a few hours. Very pleasant! The pool is cool and it is great that there is a frog where children can play safely and the adults just lie down relaxing. We also had time to use the sauna, it's wonderful that it included. Walking distance to the sea is a short walk, but you can also drive up by car. Very quiet. Of the disadvantages - the very town of Kavarna is small and there is not much entertainment in the area of the beach and you need to go to the center for groceries, on the shore only a couple of restaurants and small shops. But if you love a quiet family vacation and the main sea and tranquility for you, this city will suit you!

The apartment met my expectations for which I rented it. The beautiful view from this apartment and the amenities created in it made our stay in it extremely pleasant and allowed us to welcome "July morning" on the large terrace with a glass of wine while the child slept peacefully in the cot provided by the hosts. The complex is very lively in the summer and given that it is close to the beach, you can hear the music from the clubs in the evening, but for us personally this is not a minus, because the windows are nice and isolate the excess noise very well for those who prefer silence. It is ideal for a holiday, both for families with children and for couples who want to escape from their everyday life and unwind for the weekend. We are happy with the welcome and check out, we would be happy to visit again.

We loved our stay at the apartment,it was so close to the sea with steps and a path directly down to it and the pool was great. Really friendly staff from the actual travel company connected to the apartment who came and met us when we were at the wrong building. Apartment was very well kept and a good kitchen. We also had lots of sunlight. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here for 8 nights (4 adults and a baby). It was big enough for 2 families (it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). We really liked the fact that it is in a really quiet location (small village, 7-8 minutes away - by car - from Balchik and 12 minutes to the main beach in Balchik). From here you can easily reach other beaches, like Albena or Kranevo (about 20 minutes away). There is a small grocery store in the village and you can find Lidl and ABC market in Balchik. We also really enjoyed the private pool (which was cleaned regularly). The hosts were very nice and responsive. It was a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

The stay was lovely! The view from the apartment is worth it. Loved spending time there. The beach is very close, there is also a swimming pool in the complex, which is also good for a lazy holiday
