Booking terms
1. General reservation conditions
The above conditions are valid when arranging booking accommodation through BHC Holidays. If promotional rates are available, additional payment terms and cancellation policies may be applicable, as they are an integral part of the description of the particular offer.
The offered property accommodation rates are valid only at the time of your visit to the Reservations section, the price and conditions will be confirmed by our operator and you will receive a reservation form with confirmation of the information as well as a unique reservation form with reservation number.
Prices are subject to change and depend on the occupancy of the particular property. BHC Holidays reserves the right to refuse/cancel a booked, confirmed and paid reservation in the event of an emergency.
2. Prices
Property accommodation rates are subject to change at any time and may be affected by property occupancy and demand at different times of the year. All properties accommodation rates on the website include VAT. The price for your stay is guaranteed upon completion of the reservation process and receipt of a booking form with confirmation number and and prepayment done via bank transfer. BHC Holidays reserves the right to cancel a confirmed or paid reservation in the event of exceptional circumstances, which will be notified to you in due time.
The final price is per property per day, incl. Tourist tax and VAT. If during your stay you use additional services, which are not mentioned in the description of the selected apartment / villa and offer, then they should be paid on side in the property.
Promotional rates for property accommodation cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Prices do not include commission for tour operators or other persons.
3. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the required deposit indicated on the reservation form. Reservation can be guaranteed and prepaid by bank transfer. Bank accounts in BGN and EUR are shown on the booking confirmation.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before check-in date. After this period, the first night will be kept as compensation. If you do not arrive on the check in day /not shown/, the whole amount of the advance payment is withheld.
4. Privacy policy
BHC Holidays is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the LPPD and processes the personal data of the User for the fulfillment of his obligations in connection with the reservation made by the User.
The Personal Data Protection Policy of the BHC Holidays regulates the type of information that is collected by Users, the manner in which it is collected and the purpose of its use.
The personal data provided is fully protected and is used for the purpose of marketing analysis and better understanding of the needs of the Consumers and consequently improvement of the quality of the offered service. Without the personal data of the users, the internet reservation system could not be used to make reservations.
BHC Holidays does not provide the name and e-mail address given by the user when making the reservation to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
