Villa Sunrise, Borovets - family vacation on the beach

Villa Sunrise is located in Borovets district in the city of Varna. In the neighborhood you will find several well-stocked shops, a pharmacy, a gas station. Near Borovets area there are many beautiful beaches - Galata beach, Asparuhovo beach, Chernomorets beach and Fichoza beach. The last two are some of the most beautiful beaches on the Northern Black Sea coast. The center of the city of Varna is located 10 km from the villa. In Varna you can walk in the sea garden where the Dolphinarium and the Zoo are located, also in the Sea Garden of Varna there are many and different entertainments for children and adults / tennis courts, football and volleyball fields, terrarium, various restaurants and cafes/. At the Varna Sea Port, a new amusement park has been built with various entertainment for young and old, as well as many selected restaurants with a wonderful view of the port.

Villa Sunrise is a detached villa with its own private pool - it consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table and chairs; the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A lovely garden with a private pool with sun loungers. Parking space in front of the villa on the street.

The entrance in the house is from the second floor. There is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen - oven, electric hobs, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and the necessary utensils for preparing and serving food / plates, cups, pots, pans, forks, spoons, knives, etc.; dining room with dining table and chairs, where all guests of the villa can gather, living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, cable TV and wireless internet; air conditioning; bathroom with bathtub and toilet is located on the floor. The dining room opens onto a spacious terrace with a dining table overlooking the pool and the bay in the distance.

A staircase leads down to the first floor where there are 3 of the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the third bedroom has a double bed (the bedroom also has a baby bed). Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and its own air conditioner. All bedrooms have access to the garden.

The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor of the villa and is separate with its own entrance. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, as well as a terrace overlooking the pool, garden and the sea in distance.

The villa has a landscaped garden with a private pool with sun loungers, a table with chairs for dining outside, a stone barbecue where you can have a great dinner around the pool enjoying the evening breeze.

The villa is located on a street with only villas and houses. The area is very quiet and peaceful.
