This lovely, self-catering, apartment is located in Saint George Complex - a private residence situated on a top of a hill in the tourist sea area of Kavarna city, only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the sandy beach. The beach can be reached by car as well for only 2 minutes and the benefit is that there is a large free of charge parking on the beach. The beautiful bay and beach Bolata is located only 10 minutes drive from Saint George Complex. The apartment is comfortable for families with kids or friends groups – 2 maximum 4 people.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed; luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath; open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen area – fridge with a freezer, oven, hot plates, microwave, toaster and all needed cutlery for cooking and eating; dinning area with table and chairs; relaxing area with comfortable sofa-bed where two more persons can sleep; coffee table, cable TV, DVD player and WiFi internet. The leaving room is leading to a nice balcony overlooking the sea, the pool and the garden - plastic chairs and table for your morning coffee or evening cocktails is on your disposal. The apartment is suitable for two persons and third one can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the living room. Baby cots are also offered.

The apartment is spacious and sunny, with beautiful sea view. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness/gym, the usage of these facilities is included in the rental price. The complex has 24-hour security service and a parking space. The beach of Kavarna is situated only 10/15 minutes by walk from the complex and also offers a large free of charge parking. The guests of Saint George Complex can visit the cozy restaurant called „Bulgarka”, which is situated at the very beach and where all our guests are using 10% discount from the menu prices. Wide range of additional services, sport and cultural activities are available on request in order to spend your unforgettable journey abroad.
Saint George Complex benefits from its location proximately to three 18 holes golf courses, to restaurants and the shopping area of Kavarna town. The Complex is based in walking distance from the beach. The place is easily accessible from the main road Varna - Romania and 45 minutes from the international airport of Varna.
